Let me start by saying that all of my family LOVES NafNaf grill. My son is 9 and is very picky, anytime we hop in the car he asks can we go to NafNaf??? This review is for the orland park location. Upon walking in you are greeted visually by cleanliness. You are greeted by a friendly hello and welcome. Then you smell the food. Omg so good. We tried both chicken and steak, yummy, the rice Amazeballs!! Hummus, heavenly! Smooth as silk. Falafel fresh and hot and amazing dipped in either sauces, you gave 4 to pick from plus the hummus. The pita? Heaven on earth. Light airy pockets of goodness. Impossible not to love. They gave free self serve refills, great tea, and cold drinks. For what it is they deserve 5 stars.

My ex got Naf Naf in Naperville in the break up. I was sad sad. So imagine my surprise when I discovered there was one in Orland Park. Seriously for all the time I spent at BuyBuyBaby while I was pregnant it is ACROSS LaGrange right there and I never saw it. Which was probably good for my waist line and them because I would've waddled up here all the time and tore it up. This one is smaller than Naperville but just as clean and with simple decor. The food is delicious. The chicken shawarma in a pita is amazing. The pita is soft and warm. Chicken has good flavor. I always get mine with sumac onions, chopped salad, and tahini sauce. The s'khug sauce is hot but flavorful and I get that on the side because I am a wimp. I also got a side of the basmati rice and an extra pita. I tossed the receipt but it was about $12. My 8 month old even enjoyed some of the plain pita. When I gave him some of the basmati rice he began to grunt at me and lean forward and kick his feet wanting more. So that's his review. It was not busy for a Sunday afternoon. Not sure if that's usual or its due to the construction that feels like it's been going on for 20 years. I know where I'll be eating next time I'm in Orland. Looking more forward to bringing my son when he's got more teeth to work with than the little nub he has now.

Remember when chipotle was new and no one really knew about it and if I could just mention the gnu animal this sentence would have that "nu" sound in it more than four times? Well that's what Naf Naf is like, except it's Mediterranean food instead of Ameri-Mexican food. The baba ganoush was amazing as that other Mediterranean restaurant I reviewed, the pita was pillowy soft, the prices were very fair and the vegetables were extremely fresh! Oh and the falafel was fresh and flavorful! Eat at this place! If you like Mediterranean and healthy, you'll love this place!

This is th e place to go when you are craving falafel, shawarma and disc shaped fries. The service is friendly and helpful especially when you are not familiar with the food menu items. They give good suggestions on what goes with what. The food is fresh and delicious. Love, love their fresh pitas. They have some vegetarian items as well. I will be coming back here again...I finished the whole falafel bowl...

It only took one bite, but Naf Naf made an addict out of me. Which is good, because I read a study yesterday that those that eat a Mediterranean diet have a lower risk for heart disease. So I can indulge and feel good about my choice! I've had Naf Naf on the bookmark list ever since they opened in Orland Park. It was a random Tuesday, but I decided to finally make the drive here to try it out mostly because I couldn't wait any longer. I'm sooo glad I did! I ordered the falafel salad--which my husband says "sounds strange" but it was anything but strange. It was delightful. I got cabbage, onions, pickles and spicy garlic sauce on my salad. I was happily surprised that the falafel was ultra fresh and piping hot. It was some of the best I've tried so far (in my limited Mediterranean experiences.) The flavors of the salad meshed well together. The only thing I was a little sad about was that the pickles were sweet. I was expecting them to be spicy--I don't know why. I also thought the service was great too. The gentleman at the counter was really nice and he later came out and checked on me to make sure I liked everything. The prices seemed reasonable as well. My salad was $7 and included a pita. It would have been enough for 2 meals too but I decided to eat all of it and didn't eat much the rest of the day. Naf Naf is 'da bomb.

This place is consistent and delicious! One of my favorite quick service restaurants in Orland Park. I don't eat meat, so I always get either the vegan feast or a rice or salad bowl with falafel. I find that I get more food for my money if I do a bowl versus the vegan feast. But - the vegan feast comes with hummus and baba ghanoush, while the bowls do not, so there's that. The pita bread that comes with the meal is always warm and delicious. I also recommend getting the hot sauce and the tahini over the top of your meal! In my experience, the restaurant is always well-kept. Service has always been great - sometimes they even make me fresh falafel. Do know you can park and enter through the back!

The middle eastern chipotle has arrived! This is a great addition to the hundreds of take-out joints in Orland. The restaurant is new, and very-very-very clean. There is parking in the front and the back. I opted for the chicken shawarma sandwich and a side of falafel. The pita was stuffed with chicken and veggies. All of it was fresh and tasty. The falafel was some of the best I ever had, and I was not expected much. This will be a go-to take-out place for me when in that area.

Love this place! The chicken shawarma pita is awesome. They have delish falafel and rice too! Nothing beats fast food Mediterranean!

I went to a Naf Naf Grill up in the northern suburbs first, and I really enjoyed the experience. I came to this Naf Naf Grill and wasnt even sure if it was the same company! The first Naf Naf I went to, I paid for my order, it was prepared and I was called when it was ready. At this location, I had to select the ingredients I wanted in it, and then paid at the end. I felt that my Falafel pita just didn't taste the same when I selected my own ingredients! The customer service wasnt great. The food wasnt great. I really dont think I'll be back to the Naf Naf at this location. I just didn't love it.

This is a new (to me) place on the mega-strip of LaGrange road. I'd consider myself a pretty culturally ignorant person in terms of food, and figured I might try something new after google-ing "Shawarma" and "Falafel" to find out they aren't the foreign weirdness I had originally thought. Upon entering I could tell the place was new, the inside was very clean and organized, and after thoroughly examining the menu and order counter, I had established that this was essentially a Chipotle of middle eastern food, just like a yelper below me has already stated. Awesome. However, my ignorance also trailed me to the ordering stage. I basically wanted to try everything, after seeing the array of nice-looking stuff to choose from. I ended up getting a steak shawarma with hummus, a pita, everything on it and a couple falafels. The guy making my "bowl" warned me there would be an upcharge for adding some stuff which I think was the Isreali salad(?) and purple leafy stuff, plus all the sauces. Throw a couple falafels into this and it was about $12, but I really didn't care, I was being adventurous and convinced myself I was going to like it. Fast forward to my kitchen table and I could not get enough of this food! Everything was flavorful and I was adequately full after polishing off the entire bowl, pita and falafel. I may have overdid the sauces by asking for all of them on my meal, but the green hot sauce was fantastic and sparked my interest as a spicy food enthusiast. Maybe next time I will learn the menu and ordering process better and ideally grasp the concept of what comes with what. A few other protein options like chicken, schnitzel and side of rice, also looked interesting for a future visit. Overall a good experience and I'm glad I tried something new, I will definitely be in again and again.

Let me say that their fries are amazing. If you've ever been to Greece, they taste exactly like this only, they're a bit thicker sliced in Greece. I'm aware that this place isn't Greek, just sayin'! Shawarma, on the other hand, may be an acquired taste. I thought it would be a juicier, more tasty steak, though it was really dry and there was an overbearing spice that I couldn't identify. I couldn't ding them too hard for it, because it could very well be an ethnic thing, I just couldn't enjoy the flavor. Overall, the fries are fantastic and the staff, could have been more pleasant, except for a thin, curly haired kid.

First time here. OMG, this stuff is amazing!!! Had the steak shawarma in a bowl with hummus and rice base. Out of this world!! The pitas are so fresh. The falafel is awesome. Everyone was really nice explaining everything and giving suggestions. Josh (who I think is the owner) was super nice and a really great host! Dare I say he's probably the warmest and most welcoming restaurant owner I've ever met. I don't think I've ever been this excited about a restaurant so close to work. I wish them the best and I will definitely be back again!

  • Janelle H.

The food here is just okay. The hummus wasn't great flavor wise but it had a smooth consistency. The pita was the freshest I've ever had. The falafel was tasty but not better than Maoz Vegetarian. They give you a hefty portion of fries and I added garlic sauce on the side to dip them in. I was expecting better since I saw a really great review on TV. I'd go back but not soon.

As a former north-sider, I was pleased to see a middle eastern restaurant open up in Orland Park. The first time here, I tried the falafel in a bowl with basmati rice. I also had the home fries and lentil soup. All were delicious. The falafel was cooked perfectly and the lentil soup was not too sour but just right. The home fries are potato slices and soooo good. They have a garlic sauce that they make for the entrees but I asked for a cup for my fries because it was so good. When we went here for the first time there were maybe 3 or 4 other tables of people. Not too bad for the unknown in this area. Located in a busy area but the parking isn't bad.

Mediterranean is a hard dish to find around here. Luckily Naf Naf does a great job. The food is always good and the employees always polite.

Shawarma for yo mama! Good food every time we're there. Occasionally the wait time for food is long considering there never is a line. The fiancé loves steak, and I love the chicken. I really like the chips, unless you get old ones. Today you could tell that half were made fresh and half were old, which made me toss the rest. :( In short: delicious food, and you should try it.

Finally got around to trying this place and I am very glad that I did. I had the veggie feast and it was awesome. Fresh, delicious, filling, good value for the quality. The meat entrees looked really good too but I was craving falafel. The restaurant itself was spotless, the employees were helpful and incredibly efficient.

I have been to this Naf Naf on at least 3 occasions. I've had the steak, chicken, and falafel on a pita with chopped salad, cabbage, onion, and garlic sauce. They are all very good in in their own protein way. This first time I visited I was blown away every time after the food is still delicious but the newness has warn off. That being said the food is still very good the staff is very polite and you could probably eat off the floors it is so clean. This place is definitely in my list of random adventures of eating out.

I finally tried out Naf Naf Grill yesterday. It was delish! I ordered the falafel pita wrap and my boyfriend ordered the chicken shawarma and fries. The falafels were crunchy on the outside and very tasty on the inside. The pita itself was light and fresh. I loved the sauces and toppings that were added. Oh and the hummus was spot on. My boyfriend was also very satisfied with his meal. We both left stuffed! The employees were so friendly and very informative when it came to explaining all of the toppings and sauces. I will definitely be going back soon! :)

Absolutely delicious. As a vegetarian, I appreciate the options they have here. I get a falafel pita, loaded with vegetables. The fries are delicious. Are they fries, or are they chips? We will never know. They're the perfect hybrid. I do find the "Chipotle style" restaurant trend somewhat annoying. Naf Naf, Chipotle, Italio, and Pronto Pizza can be found within a few blocks of each other, and have the same assembly line style (pick your bread/crust/tortilla, pick your meat, pick your toppings). I think it's time new restaurants come up with their own original ideas. I do get sick on occasion after eating here. But, like Chipotle, I'll keep going back. The food is just too good. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. A little pricey for fast food.

  • Rose L.

First time here and I loved it! They forgot about our fries and ended up giving us some desert for free so that was sweet! Problem was we had already ordered a ton of food so we ended up taking it to go. The place is like a Chipotle where you build your meal. We loved it. I feel like if you're interested in it and have explored with "indian food flavors" or want to, then give it a try. Besides it's not that expensive. I intially thought it was a sit down restaurant but I ended up liking that you could just order pay and then dine in.

  • Benjamin R.

Middle eastern chipotle style fast food. Falafel salad bowl was ok. Chicken shawarma was pretty good, but kind of cold. Pita bread was good. I'd eat here again for something different and quick

  • Nelly K.

It was great, food was hot and seasoned well. House made pita were the freshest I have had. The restaurant was very clean. I would go back there in a minute. I would have tried naf naf sooner but I never saw any cars there. This is one of my dining rules no traffic no eat. It turns out I drive by their place at off peak times. Their peak business starts at 1:30 and again around 7:00pm. Give it a try, so far my favorite is the falafel sandwich. This place beats Damascus falafel hands down. Seasoning is cumin, coriander, garlic, cinnamon and tumeric

My wife and I were in the mood for Mediterranean food so we headed over to Shami Kabob only to discover that it had closed. Bummer. This had opened in a strip mall right in front so we thought we would give it a try. The restaurant is brand new and very clean. It gleams and the wait staff were very friendly. If all I had wanted was Pita bread, this would be a 5 star review, that was outstanding. It was fresh, warm and delicious. The rest of the meal was such a disappointment. The rice was good but the food was so harshly spiced, it overwhelmed anything positive about the meal. Great locale, staff and pita bread but I wouldn't eat the food again.

Love love naf naf! Like a breath of fresh air in Orland. I love the falafel salad or bowl. Such fresh flavors and the hummus and pitas are also great. The workers are always friendly and smiling and a pleasure to deal with. A must try if you haven't

First off I called to place a order she direct me to the website. I wasn't using my card only cash so she took my order over the phone and was helpful and nice. I got the Chicken shawarma pita with hummus, purple cabbage salad, chopped salad, sumac onion salad and pickles. With garlic, tahini and hot sauce on the side as I used these to dipping sauces. I'm sauce too of person as you can see. It was so good and filling didn't need the fries. I was full will go back.

The chicken Shawarma is delicious. I recommend this place to anyone looking for Mediterranean food in the south suburbs, you no longer need to drive to Chicago.

i don't know what this place has done to me! i always thought falafel was okay...i was never crazy about it. ....until i ate here....and now i crave it like crazy. Naf Naf, what do you put in this stuff?? and the yellow rice is so perfect! This is my new addiction. Thanks Naf Naf.

Naf Naf. Good place. Glad to know you can park and enter thru the back instead of having to use LaGrange Rd. Good schwarma, pleasant staff, fair pricing, quick. And above all, not so bad for you fast food.

  • Matt E.

For quick middle eastern food, this place is great. Food is fresh and the staff are extremely friendly. I'd go back just for the falafel and garlic sauce. Orlando the manager will take care of you.

    (5)
  • Greg S.

The food is not bad, but you only get to choose steak, chicken, or falafel. Pita or bowl. Not many choices and just doesn't feel authentic. Get any sauces on the side as the meat is cut thin, and they will drown everything in sauce, so you will lose the flavor. It may be thew best place around for Mediterranean food, but if you want something excellent that's worth driving for check out Pinched in Lombard for a great and fresh experience with huge portions. Also, Cedar grill in Downers Grove has a great authentic offering. Unfortunately, I won't come back to Naf Naf by choice.

Love Naf Naf in the city and was delighted this one opened near my home. Great tasty healthy food for me and my family that everyone loves (including the toddler). First time trying the fries here (so good). Only complaint is they use romaine lettuce for salad at this location (I prefer just the chopped veggies mix I get at the Washington street location). Saw people purchasing stacks of the freshly made pita which is not surprising. If you have not had freshly baked pita before, this is a reason to try this place. Amazing. I always get the chicken salad bowl with the garlic sauce. Amazing the first time and I can't bare to switch it up. So Good.

  • Emily R.

This place was delicious. The chicken shawarma was great, but the pita bread was the highlight of this meal. It was some of the best pita I've ever had. I would gladly buy the pita itself and use it to make pita sandwiches at home. The fries were different than I was expecting. They seemed fresher then other fries I've had. They had a great flavor without being too salty like many other fries. Overall this place is a home run if you want to try something a little different.

  • Varisa S.

Came for lunch and ordered the steak and chicken shawarma rice bowl with side of hummus and tahini sauce and pita bread. Nothing was flavorful. The meat didn't have that grilled taste, rice tasted plain, and hummus as well. Don't know if I'd come back.

Okay, but not quite spicy or flavorful enough. Love the fresh pita. This is great idea. Kind of like chipotle but for middle Eastern food.

Really good Mediterranean food. Try the steak schwarma! It's delicious and a great bargain for the price. As good as fast food gets.

Awesome food. My three children and I went here today when it first opened. We had a falafel pita, a steak shawarma pita and a chicken shawarma pita. Everything was seriously amazing. Everything was fresh and extremely tasty.

Holy freshness! I'm sitting inside the restaurant and yelp says I'm too far away to check in, however I must review. Best falafel I've ever had, amazing steak and chicken shwarma. We did the combo with the soup, it was great. Get everything on the pita, you won't regret it. This place is a gem and I will return often!!

I am visiting form out of town and I wanted to try some good mediterranean food, my friend a native of this area recommended NAF NAF , he said was better that the other places in town, so my friend the kids and I went there , the place looked nice , the first negative was when we wanted fresh cut meat we were told we have to take the pre cut meat on the line I did not care for a place that you have to argue for what is your right to start with to get, we ordered beef chicken and falafel the beef was hot the other two where cold chicken was eatable falafel was the worst I have ever had you can play golf was hard dry and not good, all that aside , the rudd cashier was the icing on the tip (beard looking person) he saw our concern and never addressed it or apologized, I do not recommend it , the one star was the lowest and I fell that is to much for the place.

I should kick myself in the ass for not trying this any sooner. After reading Alisa M's review, I had to try this place. It was awesome. I had the chicken shawarma with onions, cucumber, cabbage and hot sauce. Very good. I brought home hummus and pita bread for the familia and they loved it. The staff was very friendly and walked me through the whole ordering process. It did feel like I was at Chipotle. Pretty much the same set up. I cant wait to go back.

Not authentic at all. So many options with real mediterranean food close by. The place was really slow when i made my visit. Falafels were barely ok. Nothing to see or taste here.

After months of driving past Naf Naf, my family of 8 decided to try it out for lunch. It was fantastic! In this group, we had a wide span of taste buds to impress... a 9 year old, a 70 year old and 6 in between and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit! The restaurant was clean, colorful, welcoming and smelled delicious upon entering. It's always nice to SEE your food being made fresh right in front of you! We each had something different... A chicken pita, a steak pita, a chicken rice bowl, a falafel salad bowl, soup, fries and hummus. We tried a little but of each other's dishes and truly enjoyed everything. The food was presented well, was extremely fresh and awesome! The spices and flavor of the chicken and steak was just right. Mixing up your bowl, with all of the topping choices YOU personally made brought a surprise to your taste buds with every bite! The owner/manager came to our table, asked how the food was and thanked us, with a warm smile, for stopping in. You don't encounter that enough. This place does it right... From the vibe to the service to the cleanliness to the food. We will be back for sure! It's a nice change

Not bad for Middle Eastern. I hear the chain is owned by Israelis, hey still middle eastern. Very clean, friendly staff. Food is very fresh, well seasoned and well presented. Prices are a bit too high, but whose isn't? At least you get good, fresh food. Pita bread is out of bounds. The best I've ever had. Buy four bags at a time and freeze them. They reheat to perfection.

I absolutely love this place. This one is much smaller than the original location in Naperville, but it has everything I want, especially since Orland is so in need of good, homemade, healthy food. Their schwarma is fantastic! I got in, got served for under 10 bucks, ate and got out in about 10 minutes, which is great, since I was short on time. The staff is super-friendly and the place is CLEAN. It reminds me of Chipotle in many respects. The look and feel of the restaurant is similar, the staff puts things in your bowl or sandwich right in front of you and you get your own drinks. They also do all their food onsite and it is so fresh. Thanks Naf Naf, for giving the south side a little love, too!

    (5)
  • Sam F.

Yes the food is amazing and what I have come to love from naf naf of Naperville. But unfortunately that is where the similarities stop. The prices here are higher than the one in Naperville with smaller portions. I was seriously disappointed that they did not have the plate of hummus I could top with falafel or shwarma with two of their amazing pitas. The menu has been stripped down. Instead I had to get a bowl and had to pay an extra 1.50 for the same amount of hummus they have at Naperville even though I asked not to have any of the sides. With that me and the person I was dining with only got one pita each which was super disappointing as well, as at the Naperville location you get two. This was just not the experience I have come to expect from naf naf and left me disappointed with the direction the brand is heading. They have tried to commercialize it with a chipotle system when their original system was a unique and fresh take on the quick food market.

It's Sweetest day and my wife and I are looking for that perfect Saturday lunch stop. What's this as we are heading south on LaGrange Avenue in Orland Park. Naf Naf Grill, we have to stop and give this place a try. We pull up and see Ray H. leaving the restaurant. We head inside and it is empty. My wife says she loves an empty restaurant, we have the place all to ourselves. We both decide on the Hummus with Steak Shawarma at $8.49 a piece. Maria gets the Lentel soup and drink for $2.99 in total. I got the Fries and drink also for $.2.99 in total. I did requested and they did add some chicken to mine along with the steak. Our total with tax came to $28.22 for some friendly and clean service. We both thought everything tasted okay. My wife and I both highly recommend the Hummus. The portions were big, they did not skimp. Everything seemed fresh and quite tasty. I think I truly liked mine more than my wife liked hers. We both thought we would go back to Naf Naf again since we felt very full and like we ate quite healthy after our meal experience.

I am consistently impressed by the staff here. Always friendly, beyond expectation for this type of restaurant. I am a big fan of the schwarma rice bowls. The fries and falafel are ok at best.

  • Dave S.

My review for this restaurant could be identical to Italio and Chipotle, except this is your Quick- Casual Mediterranean restaurant. The place was spotless and the service was friendly. My Pita bread was flipping amazing warm and fresh. My shawarma, was also fresh with just just a mild flavor. The toppings they added to my pita and my side of rice was also very good. This is on our list of places that we must return to revisit. It was very satisfying.

I'm a huge Naf Naf fan! I've been her multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. My favorite is the steak shawarma in a (super fresh and delicious!) pita with the chopped salad, hummus and tahini sauce. Add on some of the (also freshly made!) fries and I've got a good meal. I recommend this to everyone I know. I'm just sad I changed jobs out of the area so I can't get it as often as I would like.

Yes! Naf Naf Grill is now in Orland Park! There's other locations in Naperville, Chicago, Rosemont and Evanston and so glad they are now in the southwest suburbs. If you're looking for fresh ingredients and quality Middle Eastern food, Naf Naf is for you. I love the chicken shawarma, the hummus is some of the best and just delight in the wonderful falafel. This is some great Middle Eastern food and will be a regular. The menu is plentiful for meat eaters and vegans alike! Enjoy!

Finally I was able to try Naf Naf Grill. I stopped in on a Saturday at about 1:00. The place was empty which is fine with me because I don't wait in lines. I got a chicken shawarma sandwich and some falafels a la carte. I was not impressed with the chicken shawarma because the meat seemed dry. Even with the hummus they put in there and the Israeli salad and garlic sauce, the meat stood out with a dry texture. Unfortunately I had the same impression with the falafel. They seemed dry and grainy. I don't know if its my palate or that when I visited was not busy and the food had been sitting around a while. Also, the menu seemed limited at this location. Their website lists chicken kabobs and a chicken schnitzel but I did not see any. Also I did not see a hummus to go option. There was only chicken shawarma, what they called "steak" and falafel. And I was not overwhelmed with 2 of the 3 choices. It is essentially a middle eastern Chipotle. Pick a protein, you can have it in a sandwich or bowl (instead of taco or burrito), and then put some garnishes on it. I'll give them another shot. Shawarma usually isn't my first choice in Middle Eastern food. I'll probably try one of the other locations because I'm curious to try the schitzel. My other favorite is tabouli which I understand they have only at the original Naperville location.

My business partner and I were very early for a meeting in Orland Park and decided to grab a quick lunch. We saw Naf Naf and were intrigued. Once inside we asked the employees to fill us in what all the selections were and how the menu worked. As the manager (I think) was explaining it all to us he was offering us samples of many of the items to try. We both went with the hummus bowl with falafel. It was sooo good! First hummus is spread around the bowl, then flafael is added, then the toppings of your choice. It is served with an oh-so-delicious freshly made pita. What a perfect lunnch - healthy, fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Next time I am in Orland I know where I will be eating lunch!

awesome food! it's a chipotle for Mediterranean food! The staff was very friendly. I got the steak schwarma. Get all the toppings! The steak was cooked perfect. The pita bread is warm and fresh. Love this place. fresh ingredients and fairly priced.

The food is great but the price for you get is absurd. I ordered a falafel bowl and asked if they could add hummus. they charged me like 2 dollars for a small spoon of hummus, really? Foods great but penny and dimming your customers will drive your business out of Orland park. For the price of a small bowl with sprickles of cabbage, I rather go to a restaurant, it's about the same prices. The food is healthy but isn't that expensive to produce, prices should be lower.

Glad glad there is a Naf Naf in the neighborhood! This is a new concept with a slightly different menu than the Naperville location we usually go to. Everything is fresh and made to order as you move down the line (Chipotle style) and they don't have some of the same menu items (kabobs for one)...mostly Shwarma, Falafel and Hummus. But the quality, taste and amount of food is exactly the same and the pitas are as heavenly as ever!

First time here and was very pleased and very full with the steak and pita with garlic sauce, hummus and rice. Will be back soon.

In love!!!! I am so happy Naf Naf is in orland. I wish they would open one in new Lenox too. It's so good that it's worth the drive. I have been there twice in 2 weeks. The falafel is made on site! It's fantastic. I had it in on a pita with fries. I also had the chicken and loved it. Totally can't wait to go back.

Horrible food, I walked in there with extremely high expectations because of the good reviews I've read. Nothing was flavorful. The hummus had a horrible taste and the chicken was way too greasy. A bit too expensive for the horrible food I would say. Definitely don't recommend this place and I'm definitely never going back again!!

So I've been hearing good things about this place from all my friends ..and their food is delicious . It's like a middle eastern chipotle lol! Everything is prepped up and ready to go..then you have the garlic sauce and hot sauce for your sandwich with they fresh cut fries mmmmm delicious . If you want fast food service without the greasy heart attack burger then you have to give this place a shot. I will definitely be coming back for my shawerma sandwich

It's like a middle eastern Chipotle! I would recommend the steak schwarma over the chicken... it has so much more flavor. Each bowl comes with a pita and they are warm, soft, and delicious. The staff here are so friendly and greet you as soon as they see you walk through the door. It is a little pricey but I've ordered a bowl and split it with my sister or boyfriend with an extra pita and fries and left full. Not a fan of the location but that's nothing they can do.

Not so good, they charge you heavily for drinks and sides. Definitely not worth the money, drive 10 minutes north for much better authentic middle eastern food.

Had lunch here, and the food was great, the price.....not so great. My wife and I both had a chicken schwarma salad bowl, with hummus added and 6 falafel, on the side for $24(no drinks). The chicken was very tasty, and all the fixins that go into the bowl were very fresh, crunchy and tasty. The falafel were definitely awesome, crunchy on the out side and a nice sooth interior, & the Tahini dipping sauce was a great compliment. My only complaint here and why I can't give this place 5 stars is that if you add hummus to your bowl, they charge you almost $2 for a table spoon....whaaatt? Yeah the price is a little out of line. if money is no object for good food, go and get some, but don't go if you're on a budget. Perhaps we weren't' guided correctly, there was very little assistance from people behind the counter, So bottom line I will be back, but I will ask for guidance and be a little more careful about what I order.

I absolutely love this place. There are not many Mediterranean restaurants in the south suburbs, so it is very lucky that this place opened. Their pita bread is absolutely delicious and made fresh, so it is always warm. I also love their salads with steak or chicken. They have delicious sauces to compliment the food as well. Also, the service is excellent and I am always asked how my meal was when I dine in. The only downfall is that it is a bit pricey, but it is so delicious that it is worth it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Been several times and I look forward to returning soon. The food is fresh, delicious, healthy. The staff are helpful and friendly. The place is clean. It is a great lunch spot or super casual dinner spot. The limited menu that others before me mentioned is something I consider a good thing. I equate multiple page menus with generally mediocre food. This place has a menu of items that they have perfected. Great concept with exceptional outcome.

I love this restaurant. My favorite is the bowl of basmati rice, steak shawarma, salad toppings, tahini sauce, and hummus. The BEST part of this menu is the pita bread. It is fluffy like a marshmallow, and tasty fresh. Best Middle East bread I've ever had. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean. Access is tough the first time, have to drive through the back via the mall, parking in the front on LaGrange Road side. orlandparker.com

Pleasantly surprised by this seemingly strip mall fast food place. Falafel was crisp and flavorful, not heavy at all, pillowy soft pita, and fresh salads to add into the pita. Will try the shawarma next time I'm back.

My first foray into any Middle Eastern food so admittedly I was skeptical. But I was greatly surprised and how tasteful and flavorful the food was. I had a chicken shawarma with cabbage and garlic sauce and fries for the side. First the pita is amazing, so soft and the chicken was seasoned well the cabbage and garlic sauce just perfectly tasted well together. The fries, those fries were great. Not too salty or greasy. I also tried a falafel for the first time they were good and full of flavor as well, just a tad spicy for my taste. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Naf Naf's newest location in Orland Park features an expanded menu (Baba's back!), and the same great service you've come to know and love from the Naf crew. Fresh pitas are still the best in town, and the chicken and steak shawarma are seasoned and cooked to mouthwatering perfection. On my last visit I tried the lentil soup for the first time and it's a standout item- great for a cold day. Will be back to this location for sure.

It was my first visit there and I just want to say that I'm glad I went! I order the chicken on pita and it was so tasty! Next time I will order the beef! It was delicious!

Bland. Extremely limited menu- like a condensed version of a menu found in an airport restaurant lol. Although it is the naf naf GRILL, there was no grill. Basically you get a chicken or a steak gyro type sandwich. I see no reason to eat here. At all. I would come back if they actually grilled food or added something to the menu but this is just... Not worth typing any more.

This place is basically the shawarma version of chipotle. Even the decor and menu styles seem similar. It should be clear from the start you are not going to get the value or taste that you would get from a hole-in-the wall type Mediterranean restaurant. That being said, I really enjoyed the food ( I tried the chicken pita)- it definitely surpassed my expectations. The staff was very courteous, service was quick, and they didnt skimp on the ingredients. Pita and meat was good, liked the red cabbage. The hot sauce was a little mild for my taste and the garlic sauce was a little overpowering - next time I'm having them go light on it. Again value-wise I thought the $8-10 range was a little on the high side for "fast food" - I wasn't left hungry but also wasn't "stuffed" after eating the whole combo meal. Overall, would go again.

We stopped in for a quick bite-This was my first time at any of this chain's establishments. I had the lentil soup and the basmati rice both of which were quite good. I also had a pita which was the freshest pita I've ever eaten-truly delicious. Beware if you've eaten at another location before--my date goes to the naperville location regularly and apparently Naperville is much nicer and less like a fast food establishment than this one is.

Good stuff, friendly staff. One of my favorites in Orland. It's got kinda bad acoustics so it's not the best place to have a conversation.

Just got back from Naf Naf grill and it was delish! The chicken shawarma pita and veggie feast were both excellent. The pitas are soo soft, we got some to take home. Chris, the manager, is sweet!

So glad that Naf Naf moved into town. We've been here a couple of times since it opened and I'm a bit concerned because it's never been busy, so I thought I'd write a review to encourage people to give it a try. As others have mentioned, it's a bit like Chipotle in that you proceed down a line where the staff makes your food to order, just as you'd like. They helpfully explain the various foods and sauces, if asked. I have ordered both the veggie feast and a falafel salad bowl. Both were really tasty- I highly recommend the garlic sauce on the side. The Naf Naf fries are like freshly sliced and fried thick potato chips- yummy! Also amazing dipped in a combo of the garlic and hot green sauce. My husband gets a beef shwarma pita and devours it with gusto, so I know that's got to be good, too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I do find it a bit pricey for what you get, but I feel much better eating a quick lunch here than if we'd stopped at McD's or Chik-fil-a.

The best Falafel sandwich around! The falafel themselves are crisp perfection and the homemade pita are to die for! You can't find anything so delicious and vegan in the south burbs. My husband loves the steak shwarma with the homemade garlic sauce. Go there, you will not regret it!
